A frequent Utah’s Best of State winner for finest European cuisine, The Blue Boar Restaurant offers seasonal menus in an effort to provide the freshest dishes. Executive Chef Eric May recreates the menu frequently as well for special occasions and a Wednesday night Chef’s Tasting menu that changes weekly.
Dinner hours are 5:30 to 9 p.m.

The Blue Boar restaurant is also open Monday through Saturday for lunch and is the perfect gathering place for small groups, client meetings and a relaxing meal after morning golf.
