A frequent Utah’s Best of State winner for finest European cuisine, The Blue Boar Restaurant offers seasonal menus in an effort to provide the freshest dishes. Executive Chef Joel Rubio recreates the menu frequently as well for special occasions and a Wednesday night Chef’s locals menu that changes every other week.

Dinner hours are 5:30 to 9 p.m. Sunday-Saturday

The Blue Boar restaurant is also open Monday through Saturday for lunch and is the perfect gathering place for small groups, client meetings and a relaxing meal after morning golf.

Breakfast is 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Monday- Saturday only.

Lunch hours are 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday-Saturday only.

Brunch is 10:00 a.m. to 2:00pm only on Sunday’s

Truffle Hollow Pub/ Patio- Is open 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Thursday-Saturday only, only a small appetizer menu available at this time.
